Cancellations

In the event that you need to cancel or change any service appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice. If you forget or cancel your appointment without a 24 hour notice, please understand this will result in a charge. 

Running Late?

If you are running late for your appointment, please call to let us know.  If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule.

NOTICE: We do not allow clients to blow dry their own hair, due to insurance liabilities.
